Every treatment room faces the lake because honestly, why wouldn't you want that view while getting worked on? The natural light changes throughout the day, and there's this peaceful quality you just can't fake with mood lighting alone.

If you're staying with us for a few days, these packages give you better value and a more complete experience. No pressure though - you can always book treatments individually.
Deep tissue massage, cedar body scrub, reflexology session. Plus daily access to our sauna and hot tub. Good for 3 days.
5 days of treatments including 2 massages, 2 facials, body wrap, reflexology, and unlimited wellness facility access. For when you really need to decompress.
Hot tub, cold plunge, eucalyptus steam room. The temperature contrast thing actually works - gets your circulation going and leaves you feeling weirdly energized.
Proper dry heat sauna with cedar walls and lake views. There's something meditative about a good sweat session, especially after being out in the cold all day.
Outdoor space overlooking the water. We've got yoga mats, meditation cushions, and that's it. Sometimes simple is what you need. Open sunrise to sunset.
Come early, stay late. We've got herbal teas, infused water, healthy snacks, and the comfiest chairs you'll find. Good spot to just sit and stare at the lake.
All our products come from BC-based companies that source ingredients sustainably. No parabens, no synthetic fragrances, none of that sketchy stuff you can't pronounce.
We work mainly with Consonant Skincare and LVNEA - both Vancouver companies doing really clean formulations. If you've got sensitive skin or allergies, just let us know ahead of time and we'll adjust accordingly.
